Parent Teacher Interviews
We will be holding parent teacher interviews on Monday 5 and Tuesday 6 December for teachers to discuss your child's progress over the semester. Whilst we will not be having comments, due to the systemic removal of these, our teachers will be preparing notes for the interviews that emulate the comments you would have received. The teachers will share your child's strengths and areas for improvement during the interview. The teachers will then pass this information onto the teacher for 2023 to ensure we are setting our students up for success.
Bookings for interviews will open next week.
2023 Student Leadership
On Tuesday next week from 1:45 pm we will gather in Holy Faith Hall to hear our Year 5 students who are aspiring to the role of School Captain read out a letter they have prepared outlining the aspirations they have as a captain in the school and the attributes they can bring to the role. The students in Years 3-6 and staff will then work together to decide who our School Captains for 2023 will be. Our Year 5 families are welcome to attend the speeches to support their child.
Julie Ogden - Community Farewell
Here is the link to the RSVP for Julie's farewell on Tuesday 13 December from 5:00 - 6:00 pm. We hope you are able to join us to celebrate all that Julie has contributed to our community. A reminder that this is an event for adults.
Colour Run
We have 9 more days until our Colour Run! There are some great prizes on offer and we thank all our sponsors for supporting our school.

Thank you to all our students who read at the Remembrance Day service. It is always a special and emotional day. A special thank you to those service members who attended and to Captain Sarah Kelly and CPO Simon Steyn for their involvement on the day. It was greatly appreciated.
We would also like to thank all the students who came to Defence club and made poppies which were used during the service.

Mini-Vinnies - Christmas Hampers
Christmas time is nearly here! This means that there will be people in our community who will require our assistance. This week marks the beginning of our annual collection of food items for the St Vincent De Paul Society Christmas Hampers.
These items will be presented to the St Vincent De Paul Society Volunteers at the end of term. I would encourage everyone use this opportunity to contribute as much as they can to help others who are less fortunate.
Each classroom has a basket for their allocated items to be collected.
Please bring all donations in by Monday 5th December.
If you have any questions, please send me an email.
